Duwannaiguana was founded by the late great Dulap Nelson. Dulap was once a spoiled child from a small family. In 2015, Du found himself adopted by Dr. Resa Willis and her other iguana minions. Dulap quickly became annoyed by being thrust into a large family. He was particularly annoyed by his brothers: Blu Willis, Totem ‘Red’ Willis, and GRONKKKK. Longing to return to the life of his childhood, with WAY of fewer siblings, Dulap searched for a way to get rid of this new gaggle of loathed flap-faced annoyances.
After many failed attempts, which included trying to donate them to NASA, opening cages so they can be free and his personal favorite, a very entertaining yet informative infomercial (aired on public access), Du came up with the idea of selling his brothers and sisters. This served two purposes, getting rid of the brats and making money for bananas. Being the modest lizard he was, Du named his new venture after himself and thus, Duwannaiguana was borne into existence.
Unfortunately, Du never got to fully realize his dream. We lost Dulap in 2021, but his memory and dream lives on.
Today his brothers and sisters carry on his dream. His dream is our one mission, Du’s mission…Get rid of all of mom’s iguanas. She has too many!
